OneSand PropTech was co-founded in 2023 by Tom Chen, creator of "Tom HK Property," and Leo Zhao, founder of "HK Drifters." Understanding the information barriers and trust challenges mainland clients face in Hong Kong real estate, we set out to create an innovative "Content + Community + Buyer Agency" model.
Our team members graduated from top institutions including HKUST and HKU, with rich backgrounds in finance, real estate, and law. We're not traditional agents—we're property consultants who stand on the buyer's side, making data-driven decisions and earning trust through expertise.
